Everything that exists in the world comes into existence and changes according to the law of cause and effect and the law of repetition.
Our present (results) was created by what we said and did in the past and the circumstances we were in (causes). In the same way, our future (outcome) will be determined by what we say and do in the present and the circumstances we are in (causes).
We need to know what we are saying and doing and what circumstances we are in. The problem is that it is really difficult to recognize these things properly.
