Hesitation

 I am hesitant to talk or write to people because of my lack of truth and people's indifference and ignorance about things of the world. Nevertheless, the reason why I cannot help but do something is that there will be some people struggling to protect their own truth somewhere.

Words and actions

 Words and actions create and change everything: health, happiness, destiny, everything. Nothing else but words and actions determine the creation and change of everything. 

 There is a teaching that says, 'Always stay awake'. This means that you need to be alert and watch your words and actions every moment. But while it is easy to say, it is too difficult to actually do it.
