A good world or a bad world is created by people in the world.
The good world speaks of the bright world and the bad world speaks of the dark world. In a bright world, the world is literally all bright, so you can see everything that happens as it is. The criteria for right and wrong are clear, so bad things are judged bad and right things are judged right. In a dark world, nothing is visible, so anything can happen.
