Whether consciousness is good or bad is determined by whether the quality of education is good or bad.
The relationship between consciousness and education is like the relationship between seed and ground. In order for seed to grow well and bear good fruit, it must be a basic premise to be planted in good soil. Likewise, consciousness requires good education.
